Truly Ayurvedic remedies are highly diluted, but you should be aware that some products that are labelled as Ayurvedic may not actually be, and could cause allergic reactions or other side effects. It is always best to work with a certified Ayurveda, and we recommend that you request to see their qualifications at any initial consultation. Better to be safe than sorry.
